If there isn’t a Mama Tribe location near you, let us know by emailing mamatribe@cope.org.au.

Here’s what to do once you’ve joined your local tribe:

1. Make a post introducing yourself!
2. Check out the events tab for upcoming mama hosted meet ups
3. Host your own meet up! Just got to the events tab + select ‘create an event’
